I have to admit I was a little nervous knowing this is an older building. (I remember it from when I lived in the area in 1980! But the owners have updated it nicely, especially the kitchen and bar area (which was well stocked). We loved being on the ground floor, and having the screened-in patio just steps away from the pool and beach. There was plenty of room to have our local family over for visits. Communication with the host was prompt. We would stay there again.

Highly recommend. Easy check in with gated entrance. Ground floor, clean condo with easy/short walk to an uncrowded area of the beach near St Andrews State park and pier. Appreciated having the beach service/chairs included.
